  All Day WICKED WEATHER WEEKEND   Wicked Weather Weekend is a major fundraiser for Interfaith Ministries, Inc. intended to promote education and awareness about recovery after severe weather in Texoma. Interfaith Ministries, Inc. was born from the tragedy of the tornado on April 10, 1979, coined “Terrible Tuesday,” and has been a light of hope for thousands of Texoma residents since then. Wicked Weather Weekend includes lectures, exhibits, entertainment, and an interactive children’s area! • Munchkin Land – an Interactive Children’s Area with games and activities • Tornado Alley – Exhibits based on: “Terrible Tuesday”, tornadoes, guest speakers • Recovery Zone – Booths of vendors that can help you prepare for and recover from severe weather: Insurance agents, construction companies, tornado shelters, etc. • 1st responders – Wichita County and Wichita Falls emergency management, fire department, police, ambulance, etc. • Prize drawings Show hours are Friday 3:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm.
 
  8:00AM 4:00PM OBEDIENCE TRAINING CLUB AGILITY TRIAL   Obedience Training Club of Wichita Falls is a member club of the American Kennel Club (AKC). OTCWF hosts nine Agility Trials and three Obedience & Rally Trials each year. The Agility Trial is open to all AKC-recognized Breeds and All-American Dogs/Mixed Breed Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners Program. The public is welcome to attend and watch the competition Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-4:00pm daily. Free to the public!
 
  10:00AM 4:00PM HISTORIC HOMES TOUR AND PROVENANCE FAIR   The Wichita County Heritage Society presents the 13th Annual Historic Homes Tour and the 3rd Annual Provenance Fair highlighting beautiful homes in the historic Morningside Neighborhood. You will be able to see and tour these beautiful houses built over 50 years ago with a variety of captivating architectural styles while you wonder at the charming gardens. This is a great opportunity to see the history of Wichita Falls and support the preservation, restoration, and display of historic landmarks of Wichita County. Visitors will also enjoy the Provenance Fair featuring local artisans, crafters, food and more. Built in 1920, the historic Harrison House Bed & Breakfast, located at 2014 11th Street, will be featured on the 2013 tour along with several other homes in Morningside. A trolley will run a circular route on the tour. Parking is available at the Kell House located at 900 Bluff. Cost is $25 per person for the Homes Tour. The Provenance Fair is totally FREE!
