Dan Balla
Dan Balla formed Falls Radio, LLC. with David Stewart and purchased majority ownership of KWFB BOB FM in 2008.  Dan was formerly Operations Manager for Cumulus Media in Alabama and Clear Channel Communications in South Carolina.  He was program director of KKRW Houston from 1997-1999 and KRXO Oklahoma City from 1990-1997.
 
Dan is a Texas certified teacher and has taught for Frisco ISD and Lewisville ISD.  He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  Dan also serves as a member of the Radio-TV-Film Executive Board at the University of North Texas.

Jacalyn (Jac) Chalfant came from Indiana to attend Texas Christian University in August of 2005. Since then, she has come to love everything about Texas, especially the people. Jac has done many things since she moved to Texas including waitress, bartend and instruct ballroom dance until she found where she fit the best, sales and advertising.
 
She enjoys helping people and businesses grow into something they never thought they could be. Having a strong background in community service through her home church in Eaton, Indiana has helped her understand people on many levels. She has a 2 yr old dog that she calls her daughter, Swiss Miss, and sings for a local rock cover band. Her favorite quote is "Enthusiasm moves the world"- Arthur James Balfour. She is excited to be a part of the BOB team and to use all of her energy, creativity and enthusiasm to help her advertisers."

Sarah Davis is a bright young lady that has a passion for the sales environment. She is a local Wichitan that went to Hirschi High School where she found the love of her life and husband of four years. They both play an active role in their church and community. If she’s not in a church group or making sales for the station you can find her dancing at home to some of her favorite tunes.
 
She has held various occupations but found her true fit in sales and advertising. Her career in sales began with Verizon but something was missing. She wanted to work with the community and people but still work in sales in marketing. BOB was the perfect fit! Falls Media is very happy to have her as a valuable member of our sales team, not to mention the office waffle supplier.

Amanda Ray moved to Texas in 2009 from a small resort town in Colorado. While here, she has explored the sales and finance in the car business and found her passion for marketing; Her first media consultant position was with American Classifieds. Amanda is a people person who strives to help her clients reach their advertising goals. As a passionate, understanding person Amanda is proud to be a part of the Falls Media team and help the businesses of Wichita Falls and surrounding communities strive for greatness!
 
Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and animals. Her first son was born in March of 2011, and continues to be the center of her universe. She is active in her church, and continues to fulfill her passion for horses and dogs by giving lessons and training tips.

Dana started her radio career 18 years agoat KLUR Broadcasting Company,she has also worked for KAUZ TV and Cumulus Broadcasting Company. 
 
​Dana was born and raised in Wichita Falls. She graduated from Wichita Falls High Schooland attended Midwestern State University. Her daughter Lindsay and her husband Gregalso live in Wichita Falls with their two sons, Sam and Carter.Her weekends are very special becauseof the time she spends with her grandsons.

Travis has worked for BOB-FM since January 2009. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a B.A. in Mass Communication and Minored in Journalism. He graduated from Notre Dame High School in May 2005. He is a Kappa Sigma Fraternity alumni from the Theta Gamma Chapter at MSU. He achieved rank in 2002 as a Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout. He grew up listening to classic rock groups like The Who, Fleetwood Mac, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Pink Floyd and Deep Purple just to name a few.
 
 Travis maintains the BOB-FM website and Facebook page. He also board-ops during MSU sports broadcasts. As dedicated Chief Operator he monitors all EAS tests.
 
However, Travis' main  and favorite duty around the station is the production of quality commericals for BOB's awesome clients!

John White started working at BOB-FM back in June of 1991 (the station had a country format at the time) as a part-time board operator, working his way into engineering and now serves as the station’s engineer. John is responsible for maintaining the stations broadcast equipment and assists station personnel with technical issues.
 
John graduated from Quanah High School and received a degree in micro-computer applications technology from Vernon College. He also works for Quanah ISD where he has been the district’s technology director since 1997. John also owns and operates Quanah’s only radio station, KOLJ 1150. When John’s not working on some technical project you can find him watching a NASCAR race or the Dallas Cowboys.

Fred is a first generation broadcaster, former disc-jockey, now engineer and station owner based in Houston, Texas. An OU Grad (go Sooners) Fred has built radio stations in Lawton and Altus, Oklahoma, Wichita Falls, Texas, and Sacramento, California.
 
Fred is married to KT, and has three sons. Fred’s a radio amateur operator (call sign WB5KRD) and when not doing contract engineering or consulting, he’s busy studying and collecting broadcast history and memorabilia. Fred and company purchased KIXC-FM (now KWFB 100.9 BOB FM) in 2000, and subsequently moved it to the Wichita Falls metro area in April 2007.
